I have been exactly where you are.
I was struggling with all of my cravings and was eating so little because I just thought that was what I was supposed to do. I would spend 1.5 hours at the gym and half of that time was scrolling Pinterest for workouts or trying to figure out how the machines worked. When I did have a workout routine I still didn’t see the results I knew I could. Because I did not know what to eat, how much or when.
Once I started eating the correct amount and of the right food I immediately felt so much better.
I was not bloated. I had tons of energy. I lost weight. I gained so much confidence.
After the first group I taught I gained such a passion for teaching people how to read labels.
I wanted to teach them the lifestyle, the mindset change that needed to happen within.
I knew I wanted to share with others and help guide them to feel amazing about themselves inside and out.
Coaching has given me a sense of community and ladies that I am surrounded with are so positive. I have never felt that energy.
Coaching has taught me that putting myself as top priority is NOT selfish. It is self love, self care and a must.
I used to be the YES girl to everyone else besides myself. If someone asked me a favor I would say yes.
Even if that meant saying no to ME. Coaching gave me the strength to always tell myself yes.
