Getting bored with plain water? Aren’t drinking enough? You want to shoot for 1/2 your body weight in oz. Example if you weigh 120lbs you want to drink 60oz of water a day. If you workout or it’s a hot summer day and you have been sweating, up that some. Same if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
My favorite is adding fruit and herbs to water.
